With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the field of Human Resources, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management, an MBA, and the esteemed Juris Master degree in HR Compliance and Legal Risk Management. I've maintained my Professional Human Resource Management (PHR) Certification since 2009 and my Society for Human Resource Professional – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation since 2015. Additionally, I've been certified as a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt since 2014.

My professional journey has encompassed diverse areas of Human Resources, spanning 18 years in the aerospace government sector, as well as experience in general corporate settings and the startup chemical manufacturing industry. Throughout my career, I've played a pivotal role in crafting innovative business plans and successfully securing aerospace and government contracts through persuasive proposal writing.

In my role as a Human Resources leader, I've built HR departments from the ground up for startup companies, handling everything from benefit planning to strategic hiring, recruitment efforts, and comprehensive training and employee relations initiatives. I take pride in offering a fresh and creative perspective on HR, recruitment, project management, personnel management, talent development, outsourcing, and training strategies.

 

My deep understanding of employment laws ensures a balance between employee welfare and strict adherence to company policies.

I have always thrived in leadership roles, taking the time to understand the unique personalities and strengths of individuals within my team. This enables me to develop creative strategies that capitalize on individual strengths, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the team. I firmly believe that effective leadership is a cornerstone of team performance.
